About Me
I use my God given talents to ensure my neighbors enjoy a better life through a comfy house. I began this journey at an early age as we continuously lived in our families "flip" houses. I spent 5 years in the Army where I was fortunate enough to see how a lot of the world builds. I finished my management and economics studies at IUP in 2009 and I have been contracting ever since. I have done the smallest of jobs to managing the design and construction of multimillion dollar buildings. In 2019 I flipped 12 houses in 12 months. Throughout the years and the different jobs I have developed a unique understanding of construction and my role in it. I take that experience and I use it to put YOU in control. The best way I have found to utilize my talents is as a project manager. Working with the project owner to design, estimate, source, problem solve and quality control for each unique project.
Early on in my career I specialized solely in energy efficiency. I have been looking at buildings differently ever since.

What's your project?
I want to see optimal outcomes. This seems to happen when the general contractor and the owner are the same. This only seems to fail when the owner doesn't know construction. That's where I come in.
